Students Giving Back with Tiny Homes

We are so grateful to the Greenville Homeless Alliance (GHA) for being a champion for affordable housing in our community and for pulling together the necessary partners and funding to alleviate our affordable housing crisis.

Students of the Fine Arts Center - Greenville County Schools designed two tiny homes, Soteria offered one of our lots to place the homes, and several other partners have come together to support the design and construction process: Architecture 224, LLC, Craig Gaulden Davis Architecture, Johnston Design Group, and Clancy & Theys Construction Company .

Greenville Women Giving awarded a grant to GHA's efforts, and once the project is complete, Soteria is thrilled to be able to offer this housing option to our graduates whose criminal backgrounds prevent access to decent housing options after they graduate our program.
